NEXIEL LIMITED t/a AeroPrep processes personal data to operate the AeroPrep platform (accounts, study records, billing, and support) in line with the GDPR.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable by emailing support@aeroprep.eu from your registered address. We respond within statutory timelines.

Signed-in users can download a portable archive of their study data from account settings where enabled (subject-access export).

Supervisory authority: if you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
